Anybody can join the Math DUG, including those students who are not concentrating in math or not taking math classes. If you're interested in joining the DUG, you can show up at any of the events on the calendar or contact an officer. The DUG maintains an active listserv, where we post announcements of DUG events, math-related research and employment opportunities, and much more. You can sign up to receive DUG emails using this form. Alternatively, you can contact the DUG webmaster, Ben LeVeque, if you would like to be added to or removed from the listserv. DUG members can choose any level of involvement in the group. Some members simply receive DUG emails and do not participate in events, while some come only to seminars, and others also attend meetings and plan events. |
